Odoo License Prices.

Odoo offers three plans. The prices listed below are from the Western Europe price list in euros, effective as of September 2026; Odoo updates them fairly frequently, so it’s a good idea to confirm them at odoo.com/pricing before finalizing a quote.

Odoo Free (one app): a single application with unlimited users and no license fee. It's meant for testing Odoo or for a very specific need, not for managing an entire business.

Odoo Standard: 19.90 euros per user per month with an annual commitment (24.90 euros with monthly billing). It provides access to all standard applications and Odoo-managed hosting.

Odoo Custom (Enterprise): 29.90 euros per user per month with an annual commitment (37.40 euros with monthly billing). Add Odoo Studio for no-code customization, multi-company management, priority support, and full access to the API.

These prices are for the license only. They do not include module configuration, migration of your current data, training for your team, or support from a local partner.

What determines the cost of implementation.

The cost of consulting and implementation varies greatly from one company to another, and for one simple reason: no two projects are alike.
