How Dynapps Spain came about.
Founded in Valencia as Indaws
Dynapps Spain started in 2014 as Indaws in Valencia, with one conviction: that Odoo, then known as OpenERP, would become the go-to platform for mid-sized Spanish companies. In 2020 it became an Odoo Gold Partner and built one of the strongest Odoo practices in Spain, with extensive experience in logistics, manufacturing and construction. Over the following decade, it grew from a Valencian consultancy into a multi-office company serving 150 customers.
From Valencia across Spain
As Indaws expanded beyond Valencia, it opened offices across Spain, serving SMEs and mid-market companies in distribution, manufacturing, construction, professional services and finance. By the end of 2025, the team had grown to 55 specialists. Víctor Peris joined as a partner in 2020, driving the move to Odoo Enterprise and a stronger commercial focus. Today, he and Julio Pons lead Dynapps Spain.

Joining Europe's largest Odoo group
In 2026, Indaws joined the Dynapps Group, which has been backed by Green Park Investment Partners since 2021. It was the fifth acquisition in the group's buy-and-build strategy, and the first step into southern Europe, following earlier deals in the Netherlands, France and Switzerland. The same team. The same offices. The same managing partners. Now backed by the methodology, quality control standards and scale of the group as a whole.
